Southwest Concrete Pumping And Conveying

Concrete Pumps

Equipment

Almost every construction project under the sun requires concrete pumping and pouring, so it’s essential to get them right. When you work with Southwest Concrete Pumping and Conveying, you can rest assured that you’re working with committed professionals who can tailor their services to your needs. With a history of more than 40 years and a reputation as one of the best firms, there’s no need to look any further. We’ve gone above and beyond to find the best equipment money can buy, including machines suitable for many uses — from boom pumps with low profiles to those that can be used for high-rise constructions. We also have boom pumps ranging from 32 to 63 meters and truck-mounted pumps suitable for warehouses. If you’re not sure exactly what you need yet, don’t worry. Our team will be more than happy to talk you through your project and advise you on the equipment that would suit you best.

Telebelts | TB130

One of our most essential pieces of equipment is the Putzmeister TB 130 Telebelt, which is a popular choice for projects like dams, wind farms, and bridge decks.

It contains a 5-section telescopic boom that can reach up to 126’6 inches horizontally (or 38.55 meters). Plus, it can deal with sand up to 4 inches (or 101.6 millimeters) and concrete slumps up to 12 inches (or 305 millimeters). Another advantage is outriggers that you can set up quickly.

  • Whatever materials you’re working with for your project, the Putzmeister Telebelt can probably handle it. This includes sand, rock, and various concrete mixes. It won’t suffer from loss of air entrainment or separation either.

  • Everyone wants to carry out their construction project as efficiently and smoothly as possible, and the Putzmeister Telebelt can help you achieve this goal. It’s capable of carrying out different tasks from one place instead of forcing you to take various trips to collect different machines and being quick to set up and tear down

  • If you are carrying out a project that involves enclosed structures, low heights, or similar? That’s not a problem with the Putzmeister Telebelt — its low unfolding heights mean it can travel long distances in challenging conditions and structures while remaining reliable.

Trailer Line Concrete pumps

If you need concrete pumping or wet–process shotcrete services, we have a fleet of trailer pumps that are ideally suited for these applications. The angled hopper design and rugged shape keep the pumps resilient in all situations, while their high-pressure operations mean they can continue pumping over extended distances. We also have a Thom-Katt Hydraulic S-Valve, perfect for pumping larger-aggregate materials and keeping output pressure high enough to move over to conveying lines with smaller diameters. Finally, the Putzmeister TK 70 trailer pump is our go-to for quickly transporting large amounts of concrete, thanks to its large hourly output of 74 square yards (or 57 square meters). It’s suitable for all kinds of materials — even harsh concrete mixes.
